HireAble is an innovative collaborative of provider organizations that are committed to increasing employment outcomes for people with I/DD. Established in 2019, HireAble evolved from the longstanding East Bay Employment Task Force and has since expanded its mission across California. With a specialized focus on employment, HireAble now provides training, support, and resources to organizations statewide. Backed by a Board of Directors with over 200 combined years of experience in I/DD employment services, HireAble is uniquely positioned to deliver exceptional guidance and training to both new and established employment service providers. Our subscription services include:
- Employment-Focused training covering topics like Coordinated Career Pathways, Reasonable Accommodations, Job Coaching Best Practices, and Employer Engagement.
- Bi-Monthly Job Developer Forums offering professional development and networking opportunities
